How to Get to the National Theatre

The closest underground stations are Waterloo and Embankment. If you are coming from Waterloo you will see signs to the National Theatre. From Embankment you will need to cross the River Thames via Hungerford Bridge, then walk past the South Bank Centre and British Film Theatre. It might be easier to just use this map:

You should then make your way round to the front entrance to the National Theatre:

You’ll find us after climbing 4 flights of stairs in the cafe. If you prefer to take the lift, go to the 3rd floor then walk down one flight of stairs.
